It requires you to go to that place that makes the clothes for a "fitting" where its specifically made for your body. (I'm going by Chanel standard) first, at the store (or whatever) you ar given a catalog to look through and pick what you want, then you are asked to get a fitting (schedule an appointment) depending on where you go, your "outfit" can take months to years. finally, they are very expensive. a Chanel suit can run you about $10,000 give or take.
